Every artifact at Sidera Vault is carefully inspected, securely packaged, and sealed with precision before it leaves our hands. Please allow 1-2 business days for our team to process and prepare your order for dispatch.

Global Delivery

We proudly ship our curated items to patrons worldwide. Once your order is processed and dispatched, standard global delivery takes approximately 7 business days. (Please note: Minor variances in delivery time may occur depending on your local customs processing speed.)

Order Tracking

Control and clarity are paramount. As soon as your package leaves our facility, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email containing a secure tracking number. This allows you to monitor the exact location of your package at any time.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international shipments, please be aware that any import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees levied by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Sidera Vault is not responsible for these additional charges.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

We craft and package our items for resilience. However, if your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact our team immediately at support@sideravault.com. We will conduct a thorough investigation and ensure the issue is resolved to your satisfaction.
