Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?
Absolutely! The product you receive will be identical to the one shown in our product photos—we take extreme care to ensure our images accurately represent every detail, from materials to craftsmanship.
Please note that for handcrafted or natural material products (e.g., leather, wood, gemstones), minor unique variations (such as texture, grain, or color subtlety) may exist. These slight differences are what make your piece one-of-a-kind and do not affect the overall quality or design.
How long will it take for me to receive my gift?

For our standard curated items, you can typically expect delivery within approximately 10 days. However, it’s important to note that we source and curate unique treasures from around the globe—not just limited to the United States. Due to this global sourcing process, there may be a minor delivery window variation of up to 5 days.

For our bespoke custom products, we will fully communicate all detailed production timelines and expected delivery dates with you in advance, based on the specific requirements of your order. This ensures complete clarity and alignment before we begin crafting your one-of-a-kind gift.

What is the process for creating a bespoke custom gift?
Our bespoke custom gift process is designed to be seamless and highly personalized, with clear steps to bring your vision to life:

Initial Consultation: Share your unique vision, the recipient’s personality and hobbies, your budget, and any special requests (such as engravings, custom materials, or cultural elements) by filling out the form located on the right-hand side of this page. Be sure to select "Customization" from the "Issue Type" dropdown menu when submitting your inquiry.
  2. Concept & Sample Confirmation: Our team will draft a tailored custom concept based on your input. For most items, we will send you a digital mockup or physical material sample via email, providing you with concrete options to review and select from before we proceed with production.
  3. Production & Proactive Communication: Once your concept and sample are fully approved, our network of skilled global artisans will begin crafting your one-of-a-kind gift. We will update you on key production milestones as needed, ensuring you stay informed throughout the entire creation process.
  4. Delivery & Tracking: Your finished custom gift will be carefully packaged to ensure safe transit and then shipped out. You can conveniently track the real-time delivery status of your package directly through our website using the unique tracking link we will send you via email.
Can I make changes to my order after it has been placed?

For standard curated items, we may be able to accommodate changes (e.g., shipping address, gift message) if you contact our customer service team within 24 hours of placing your order.

For bespoke custom items, changes can be made only before we finalize the proof and begin production. Once production has started, modifications may not be possible due to the custom nature of the item. We recommend reviewing all details carefully during the consultation and proof stage to ensure alignment with your vision.

What is your return and exchange policy?
  • Standard Curated Items: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. We will cover the cost of return shipping for US orders.
  • Bespoke Custom Items: Due to their personalized nature, custom gifts are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless they arrive damaged or do not match the approved proof/requirements. In such cases, we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly (e.g., re-crafting the item or providing a full refund).
